An Arizona Teacher Helped Immigrants In The Desert.

An Arizona geography teacher was accused of harboring undocumented immigrants who crossed the southern border, he was found not guilty. Scott Warren is his name, he volunteered with the humanitarian group "No More Death", this group drops off water in the Southwest part of the Arizona Desert. They also organize a group that help injured immigrants. Prosecutors charged Scott Warren with one count of conspiracy to transport undocumented immigrants, and they also charged him two harboring. In the first trail they dropped the conspiracy to transport charge. Federal prosecutors accused Warren of hiding two immigrants from the authorities in a small building in Ajo, Arizona, the small building was known as "the  barn". Two border patrol officers were put on surveillance at "the barn", which is where all the volunteers store the water and supplies. Later that day Warren and two men who looked undocumented walked in "the barn", the Border Patrols with the Pima County Sheriff went to "the barn". When the two undocumented men confessed, the border patrol arrested the two undocumented mean and Scott Warren, Scott Warren was released this Wednesday nearly a year. The reason why I found this article interesting is because you don't see people help immigrants to cross the border.
